Randi has tried cases throughout the state of New York. She is a “hands on” lawyer and is involved in all aspects of the case including the investigation and working with other experts who might be needed. Randi has worked with private investigators, forensic pathologists, forensic toxicologists, forensic psychologists and psychiatrists, forensic accountants, DNA experts, ballistic experts and fingerprint experts.

What makes Randi stand out among lawyers is that she handles trials as well as appeals. While most lawyers either excel at trial work or at written work, Randi excels at both. By doing appellate work Randi is up to date on the latest court decisions--which means that all of your issues will be raised, whether at trial or appeal.
